Services that process your information
We use a few trusted services to run this website. They only receive what they need to do their job:
- Google Analytics (Google): anonymous website statistics, using cookies.
- Web3Forms: delivers contact form messages and enquiry alerts to our email.
- LeadLexa: runs the chat assistant on our website.
- WhatsApp (Meta): when you choose to message us there.
- Vercel: hosts this website.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we are talking to you, and for up to 2 years afterwards so we have a record of our conversation. If you become a client, we keep records needed for the work and for accounting and tax law. Website statistics are kept by Google Analytics under its standard retention settings.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you,
- correct or update it,
- delete it, unless we must keep it by law,
- stop contacting you.

Our website uses cookies from Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the website will still work.
Client accounts
When a client gives us access to their Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile or ad accounts, we use that access only for the work agreed with them. Clients can remove our access at any time.
